Join Kris Lockyear, senior lecturer at the Institute of Archaeology, for a talk on Roman ritual around death and burial.
Kris has strong links with Welwyn Roman Baths as Director of the Welwyn Archaeological Society and has been a key figure in its conservation and public engagement, partnering with the museum service on community projects.
The talk will take place stood around the ancient monument at Welwyn Roman Baths. Please note that the building can be cold, so bring coats.
There will be opportunity to ask questions and explore the monument and displays after the talk.
