The Transactions were the original publication of the East Herts Archaeological Society, published between 1888 and 1960. EHAS keeps a full set of the Transactions, and physical copies are also available at the Local Studies Library at Hertfordshire Archives and Local Studies, County Hall, Hertford.
We are also very proud to announce that the Transactions are also now available online at the Archaeology Data Service website! The project to digitise the Transactions was partly funded by a generous grant from the Marc Fitch Fund.
This is an ongoing project; we are still working to provide metadata in order to make these files more useful and searchable. If you would like to help us, please do get in touch!
